Sale of the logistics group Pascal Transport BV and Depondt BV to Coccinelle. The activities of this logistics group, based in Bruges, include road transport of chilled and frozen goods on the one hand, and frozen storage on the other, including refrigerated and frozen containers for fruit and vegetables. Moore Belgium, the largest independent accounting and consulting service provider in Belgium, is acquiring Bosman Consultants. Bosman Consultants is an accounting and tax firm with more than 25 years of experience, a dozen employees and a steadily growing turnover of approximately €1.25 million. Bumaco, a major player in refrigeration installations in Belgium, has taken a majority stake in Berton Koeltechniek.
